Situated in the bustling Woodstock neighborhood, the new customer experience hub offers excellent access to airports, hotels, and public transport, making it an ideal location for business operations. HGS plans to create a significant impact in the local community by introducing several permanent leadership and frontline positions. The company anticipates hiring over 400 employees locally for voice and non-voice customer experience roles, as well as corporate support functions, by March 2025.
